concentric to .0002" as a matter of standard practice, fluted on CNC grinders and finished by end cut hand grinding.

reamer. With the carbide combination drill reamer you can drill and ream in one operation. We have in stock, 440 sizes of end mills in .001 increments from .060 to .500. Also in stock are 424 sizes of standard reamers in .0002 & .0007 increments and 120 sizes of metric reamers and drills in .100 mm increments. Our plug gages and ring gages are made of tungsten carbide or steel, and are manufactured to an industry tolerance. The precision plug gages are reversible carbide. In contrast to most of the tool makers, we have the capabilities to design and
guarantee performance of speciality tooling designed for materials from steels and irons to most of the aluminums.
